All sales are final.

Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

 

Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or incorrect items. To request a return, you must provide valid photo proof within a reasonable timeframe of delivery. Please submit all inquiries to [email protected].

 

Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, a store credit will be issued via email.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shadesbyki is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your package has been handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS Customer Service directly or file a claim with the carrier.
